The Remains of the Best Fry Up Ever

The other day at breakfast I was thinking about the best fry up I'd ever had.
The winner, hands down, was a delicious little number that I had the pleasure of chomping one morning at Green Man Festival - served on paper plates & eaten in a teepee - can't go wrong with that.
It was awesome & made my belly feel happy for the rest of the day...
Maybe it was something in those mushrooms...
